60 year-old female 6 month h/o l sided pulsatile tinnitus which kept pt. up at night and with significant decrease in quality of life. Combination of Coil packing the sigmoid sinus as well as NBCA and coils on the arterial side closed the fistula. Patient symptom free at 2 years.
